Please read these Terms of Service carefully before purchasing or downloading any files from STLVault. By completing a purchase you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. About STLVault

STLVault is a digital product store selling downloadable STL file bundles for personal and commercial 3D printing use. We do not manufacture or ship physical products.

2. Digital Product License

When you purchase a bundle from STLVault, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Download and store the files on your personal devices.
• Print the models on any 3D printer for personal use.
• Sell physical printed items made from the files at markets, online shops, or locally.

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or share the STL files themselves — digitally or otherwise.
• Upload the files to any file-sharing platform, STL repository, or digital marketplace.
• Claim the designs as your own original work.
• Sub-license or transfer your license to another party.

3. Instant Download Delivery

Upon successful payment, a download link will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Delivery is automatic and typically instant. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not receive it within five minutes.

STLVault is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect email addresses entered at checkout.

4. Refund Policy

STL files are digital products delivered instantly and are non-refundable. If you have any technical issues accessing your files, please contact us at support@stlvault.shop and we will help you.

5. Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Stripe and Wise. We do not store your full card details. By purchasing, you accept our payment terms.

6. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from STLVault.

7. File Compatibility

All files are provided in standard STL format and are compatible with all major 3D printing slicers including Cura, PrusaSlicer, Bambu Studio, and Chitubox. STLVault does not guarantee results from third-party slicers, printer hardware, or print materials. Print quality depends on your printer settings, filament type, and environment.

8. Intellectual Property

All STL files sold by STLVault are either original designs or properly licensed for resale. Purchasing a bundle does not transfer any intellectual property rights to the buyer. All design rights remain with their respective creators.

9. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use STLVault files to produce items that are illegal, harmful, dangerous, or infringe on third-party rights. STLVault reserves the right to revoke your license if these terms are violated.

10. Limitation of Liability

STLVault is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our digital products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of STLVault products after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
