Please read these Terms of Service carefully before purchasing or downloading any files from STLVault. By completing a purchase you agree to be bound by these terms.
STLVault is a digital product store selling downloadable STL file bundles for private, personal, non-commercial use only. We do not manufacture or ship physical products.
Upon successful payment, a download link will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Delivery is automatic and typically instant. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not receive it within five minutes.
Please enter your email address carefully at checkout. If an incorrect address prevents delivery, contact us so we can help identify your order and arrange delivery. This does not limit your eligibility under our Refund Policy or your statutory rights.
Voluntary 14-day satisfaction policy. You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of successful purchase if you are dissatisfied, the bundle does not meet your expectations, or you change your mind. You do not need to prove a technical defect, and opening or downloading the files does not automatically disqualify you.
To request a refund, email support@stlvault.shop with your purchase email address or another reasonable way to identify your Stripe order. Screenshots, file names and error reports are not required for ordinary satisfaction requests, but we may reasonably request them to troubleshoot a specific problem. We may offer assistance, a correction or a replacement, but this will not unreasonably delay an eligible refund.
We may make reasonable checks to identify your order, prevent duplicate refunds, and investigate suspected fraud or demonstrable policy abuse. These checks will not be used to arbitrarily deny genuine requests or unreasonably delay an eligible refund.
We aim to acknowledge requests within two business days and will process approved refunds without undue delay, subject to applicable law. Approved refunds are issued through Stripe to the original payment method. The time for funds to appear depends on the payment provider and card issuer.
Once a purchase has been fully refunded, your license to continue using the files under that purchase ends, subject to applicable law and any pre-existing rights.
File and delivery problems. STL files are digital products, and refunds are also supported for genuine file or delivery problems, including corrupt or missing files, inaccessible download links, or content materially different from its description. Where appropriate, we will offer troubleshooting, a corrected file or a replacement. If repair or replacement is impossible or cannot be provided within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience, an appropriate partial or full refund will be available, depending on the content affected. A failed print caused solely by printer settings, materials or hardware is not, by itself, evidence of a defective file; this does not prevent a request under the voluntary 14-day policy.
Your statutory rights. The voluntary 14-day policy does not limit your statutory cancellation rights or remedies, including those under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 where applicable. Statutory remedies for defective, misdescribed or undelivered digital content are not restricted to the voluntary 14-day window. Where the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 apply, any loss of the statutory digital-content cancellation right requires your prior express consent to early supply, acknowledgment that cancellation rights will be lost once supply begins, and the required contract confirmation. Instant delivery alone does not remove those rights.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full card details. By purchasing, you accept our payment terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from STLVault.
All files are provided in standard STL format and are compatible with all major 3D printing slicers including Cura, PrusaSlicer, Bambu Studio, and Chitubox. STLVault does not guarantee results from third-party slicers, printer hardware, or print materials. Print quality depends on your printer settings, filament type, and environment.
All bundles and STL files are for private, personal, non-commercial use only. No commercial license is included. Permission to use the files is non-transferable and non-sublicensable. The following conditions apply:

All STL files are supplied for private, personal, non-commercial use only; no commercial license or resale rights are included. Purchasing a bundle does not transfer any intellectual property rights to the buyer. All design rights remain with their respective creators.
You agree not to use STLVault files to produce items that are illegal, harmful, dangerous, or infringe on third-party rights. STLVault reserves the right to revoke your license if these terms are violated.
STLVault is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our digital products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of STLVault products after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Updates do not retroactively remove any rights you already hold under an earlier purchase or applicable law.
